近日(ri),四川(chuan)奇石(shi)緣工會榮獲“2020年綿陽市基層工會‘四有四強(qiang)’規(gui)范(fan)化建(jian)設示范(fan)單位”稱號。
工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)規范(fan)化建設(she)是激(ji)發企(qi)業工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)組織(zhi)(zhi)活力(li),保證工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)作用充分發揮的(de)重(zhong)要手段。奇石(shi)緣工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)在(zai)市委和(he)省總工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)的(de)堅(jian)強領導下,在(zai)市總工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)的(de)組織(zhi)(zhi)帶領下,認真貫(guan)徹(che)“習近平(ping)總書記關(guan)于團結動員億萬職工(gong)(gong)(gong)積(ji)極(ji)建功新(xin)時(shi)代(dai)開創我國(guo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)運事業和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作新(xin)局面重(zhong)要講(jiang)話(hua)”精神,把創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)建設(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作放在(zai)更加突出的(de)位(wei)置(zhi),根據《中國(guo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)章程》,以(yi)夯實企(qi)業的(de)管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作為基(ji)礎,以(yi)提高職工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍整體技(ji)能為目(mu)標,以(yi)保證企(qi)業健康發展為常抓常議,全方位(wei)、多層(ceng)次(ci)、不間斷(duan)的(de)開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

夯實基礎,狠抓工會組織建設
奇石緣工(gong)會(hui)(hui)落實管理制(zhi)度,按(an)照“應建(jian)盡建(jian)、全面覆(fu)蓋”的要求,做(zuo)好會(hui)(hui)員管理工(gong)作(zuo),目前公(gong)司職工(gong)100%入會(hui)(hui)。工(gong)會(hui)(hui)定期組織(zhi)學習,倡導職工(gong)多讀(du)書、多看報,及時(shi)掌握時(shi)事動態,借(jie)鑒經驗,做(zuo)到解放(fang)思想、工(gong)作(zuo)創新(xin)方法,努(nu)力提高應對行業各(ge)種復雜矛盾的能力。

依靠職工,建立健全民主管理制度
維(wei)護職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)合(he)法(fa)權益(yi)是(shi)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)的(de)基本職(zhi)(zhi)責。工(gong)(gong)會(hui)主(zhu)要(yao)通(tong)過職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表大會(hui)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)(du)、民主(zhu)評議制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)(du)、意見箱(xiang)等渠道,依(yi)靠職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong),集思廣益(yi),將公(gong)司民主(zhu)管理制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)(du)落到實處,涉及(ji)公(gong)司職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)切(qie)身利(li)益(yi)的(de)事項,都必須經過職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)大會(hui)討(tao)論通(tong)過,從(cong)源頭上(shang)維(wei)護職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)切(qie)身利(li)益(yi)。目(mu)前(qian)已完善(shan)落實職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)生(sheng)日禮(li)(li)金、生(sheng)病慰問禮(li)(li)金、直屬親屬生(sheng)病及(ji)病逝慰問禮(li)(li)金、節日禮(li)(li)包、季度(du)(du)(du)聚餐、年度(du)(du)(du)旅游(you)等職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)福利(li),并不斷(duan)優化(hua)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)辦公(gong)環境、著(zhu)力解決職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)面臨的(de)工(gong)(gong)作和生(sheng)活困難。

抓技能培訓,增強學習意識
為提高(gao)職工(gong)崗位技(ji)能(neng),奇石緣(yuan)工(gong)會協(xie)同公(gong)司制訂(ding)了(le)師徒制度(du),通過技(ji)能(neng)考(kao)核選擇各崗位技(ji)能(neng)優(you)秀的(de)師傅,通過師傅帶徒弟的(de)模式,有(you)效培養了(le)公(gong)司所需技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才。每周二工(gong)會組(zu)織(zhi)全員進行(xing)理(li)論與實操培訓(xun),營造(zao)了(le)濃厚的(de)學(xue)習(xi)氛圍,增強了(le)職工(gong)自(zi)主學(xue)習(xi)的(de)意識和能(neng)力。

創新活動載體,不斷提高職工凝聚力
工會每年組(zu)織羽毛球(qiu)賽、籃球(qiu)賽、團隊(dui)拓(tuo)展等(deng)豐富多彩(cai)的文體活動,極大地(di)調動了職工的參與熱(re)情(qing),為(wei)公(gong)司的各項工作順(shun)利和諧地(di)開展提(ti)供了良好的平臺。

抓企業文化建設,促進企業和諧發展
奇(qi)石(shi)緣(yuan)工(gong)會發揮企業(ye)文化軟(ruan)實力(li)的作用(yong),協同公(gong)司通(tong)過宣(xuan)(xuan)傳欄、企業(ye)內刊(kan)、微信公(gong)眾號等形式(shi),加大了(le)(le)宣(xuan)(xuan)傳教(jiao)育的力(li)度,進一步(bu)提(ti)升了(le)(le)職工(gong)的使命感(gan)(gan)、自豪(hao)感(gan)(gan)和責任感(gan)(gan)。
奇石緣上(shang)下(xia)倡(chang)導正(zheng)向價值觀。2019年(nian)冬,公司(si)離(li)職(zhi)的職(zhi)工病重,公司(si)得知消息后拿出慰問金30000元,員工自發捐(juan)款4170元。奇石緣工(gong)會(hui)主(zhu)席、生產(chan)副(fu)總(zong)羅官(guan),行(xing)政副(fu)總(zong)兼人(ren)力資源(yuan)部經理(li)龔(gong)小云代表公(gong)司(si)前往生病職工(gong)家(jia)中看望,把慰問金和(he)愛心捐款(kuan)交到職工(gong)的(de)手(shou)中,把公(gong)司(si)同事們的(de)祝(zhu)福(fu)一一傳達。
